Protein Packed Delicious Recipes

Its Sunday as you all know, so I am going to treat myself an awesome snack or two…. I got to have that weekly cheat meal! It helps me cut the cravings for the rest of the week! Notice how I said cheat MEAL not cheat DAY. The point being, do not over binge and ruin a weeks worth of dieting! Just enjoy your awesome cheat meal and get back on track!

I thought I could give you guys a couple recipes that are protein PACKED.

  1. Chocolate peanut butter protein bars!

    1. 3 cups of old fashioned oats

    2. 1/2 cup peanut butter

    3. 1 cup of low fat milk

    4. 4 scoops of chocolate protein powder

    5. 1 tablespoon of stevia

    6. Combine all in a bowl and then evenly lay it out on a baking sheet, then refrigerate it

    7. It has 8 servings with 250 calories per serving and 20 g of protein!

  2. Protein Milk Shake

    1. 1 cup of low fat milk

    2. 1/2cup of low fat frozen yogurt

    3. 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

    4. 1/2 scoop of whey protein powder

    5. Place ingredients in a blender and blend until it is smooth and creamy

    6. 259 calories in it and 25 g protein!!!
